To promote a positive self-image
To promote non-violent behavior
Opportunity for positive role modeling
To develop a support system
To process feelings
To learn how to appropriately express feelings
To develop conflict management and effective communication
To provide children with a SAFE, CARING environment
Give moms a break to talk about adult issues without the children present.
